21st Century Service is located in the small village of Burgh Heath, we may not be on the High Street, but this has many advantages. The first you easily find us and park free of charge outside the shop, when you visit the store you will have an unparalleled attention to your needs.
We stock the full range of Panasonic and Samsung, concentrating on the higher spec products in the TV range.
With our own in house design and installation team, we can provide a complete installation service whether it be a full home cinema room or simply wall mounting a flat-screen TV.
We have a fully equipped workshop in-store with many years of experience.
Our History
20th Century Service (Now 21st Century Service) was started by Reginald (Reg) in 1927 at the forefront of the ‘Radio Days’, moving around the Sutton area he settled at no 264 High Street where he traded for 40 years.
Around 1930, Reg befriended The Pioneer of Television – John Logie Baird. John and Reg would fix radios in Reg’s workshop and they would drive up to John’s house at Box Hill in Reg’s Austin Seven.
In the 1950s my father ‘Reg’ had over fifteen radio engineers and a large rental business. Reg retired at the age of 75.
In 1983 we relocated to the existing premises at Burgh Heath. I am proud to continue in my father’s footsteps, keeping his old fashioned values.
